Although many transmissions look different the layout is common. Below pictures can represent various transmissions. See the below pictures to determine what type of shift cover you have. The shift cover is located on the top of your transmission.
STANDARD
The shifter opening is positioned closer to the back of the transmission cover.
FORWARD
The shifter opening is positioned in the center of the transmission cover.
X STANDARD
"X" shift cover type will have an actuator pin at the front of the transmission. The shifter opening is positioned towards the back of the transmission cover.
X FORWARD
"X" shift cover type will have an actuator pin at the front of the transmission. The shifter opening is positioned towards the center of the transmission cover.
